Assisted suicide is a complicated subject where there exist multiple opinions. There still exists a debate weather this is issue for good or bad as it involves emotional, religious, and ethical dimensions. There are many unanswered questions of who is responsible to make the decision about how and when one can die. In today’s society these decisions on this phenomenon are left to the hands of the courts and state legislatures. Now-a -days attempted suicide or suicide is not considered as a crime in the United States as well as other countries. Penalties for the same were also removed and it was clear that they wanted to help people with such problems and not for the purpose of attempting this crime once again.
