The most talked about American evil is the African Slavery. In today’s times there are people who are directly confronting this evil of the society. This is the process that brought in racial discrimination in a mainly white society. There are many who of the opinion of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. who had looked forward for a day when “the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners would sit down together at a table of brotherhood”. That day is yet to come. Even though there is no open slavery in the country there still is a big bridge of discrimination which would take years together to be abolished.
